When will my items be shipped?
All items are MADE-TO-ORDER. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
The estimated shipping times may be longer during busy times/seasons such as holidays. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
Shipping times are calculated with business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays.
If you haven’t received your products within four weeks of ordering, please contact hello@studiohomeopathy.com.
Where are my items shipping from?
We work with a company with facilities worldwide!
How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@studiohomeopathy.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We specifically work with centers around the world so you can have access to our products!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@studiohomeopathy.com
Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities,, and shipping info before hitting submit.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@studiohomeopathy.com within a weeks' time with: We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Clear pictures if the return is due to damaged/defective/incorrect products
- Any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! We process refunds within 3-5 business days, but it can take up to 4 weeks for your refund to post to your payment method.
Why isn't my order going through?
First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.
If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.
Be sure to use an up-to-date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@studiohomeopathy.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@studiohomeopathy.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
