Refund policy

Do you offer refunds?

Because all items are Made To Order, they are FINAL SALE --- UNLESS--- it arrives damaged or defective.  If there is an issue, please contact us!  You are important!

If you need to return a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@studiohomeopathy.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email the order was made with
  • Clear pictures if the return is due to damaged/defective/incorrect products

We process refunds within 3-5 business days, but it can take up to 4 weeks for your refund to post to your payment method.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do NOT offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts-we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.  Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please let us know at hello@studiohomeopathy.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one or issue a refund!
